Mary Olivo Hall, Team Leader/Realtor
Becoming one of San Antonio’s top performing and producing agents requires the ability to create, sustain and continue long lasting relationships. For Mary Hall, it has always been about helping people. Her greatest passion is serving God and others, no matter how great or small their needs are. Real estate is not just about selling or buying a house. For Mary, it’s a ministry. Her greatest reward is helping people find a place to call home and making their dreams a reality. With this in mind, Mary formed her team of agents dedicated to serving clients and their community. By creating a work environment that guides people and builds results based on trust & integrity, it is no surprise that most of Mary’s business is client referrals. Mary knows her city and has been a resident of it for over 30 years. Founder and team leader of Hall Family Homes of Keller Williams Legacy Group, Mary strives to assist all buyers and sellers in their real estate goals. Mary analyzes Buyers’ requests, searches Multiple Listing Service, previews homes and shows Buyers both pre-existing and new construction homes. Mary provides information of sales history and comparables to assist in making the best purchase for the Buyer. For her Sellers, Mary prepares comparative market analysis and provides a comprehensive marketing plan for each home to ensure a timely sell of that home. Mary has also formulated move-up and downsizing programs to help her clients save money when selling and purchasing a home.

Eddy Hall, Realtor
Working along side his wife of 30 years, Eddy is no stranger to challenges. Following active duty as a sergeant in Vietnam, Eddy served with the San Antonio Police Department as a detective. Upon his retirement, Eddy served as an ordained minister throughout the state of Texas. Now retired from ministry, Eddy enjoys working with his wife Mary. He has served on San Antonio Board of Realtors’ Builder Committee and specializes in working with inspections representing both the seller and buyer. Eddy assists Sellers by recommending methods to enhance the marketability of their homes.
Andrea Hall Doolittle, Realtor
Daughter of Mary and Eddy Hall, Andrea joined the family business upon her recent completion of two Master’s degrees in Church Music and Theology at Baylor University. Andrea brings her skills of Public Relations and creativity to the team with a high degree of excellence! Andrea organizes and keeps Mary informed of various activities, she tracks all market activity in neighborhoods, keeping Sellers informed with weekly feedback reports of showings, market activity and advertising. In addition, she prepares all advertising materials, schedules and coordinates showings, open houses, internet and other forms of advertising. Andrea stays in contact with mortgage companies, title companies, inspectors and other parties in the transaction to assure that closings go smoothly.
